Q: Where is parking?
A: Parking is free and on-site.
Q: When are lines the shortest?
A: Lines are shortest on Monday through Thursday, Sundays, and within an hour before closing time each night. Additionally, you can skip the general admission lines by purchasing Fast Pass Admission or Immediate Admission.
Q: Is there an age minimum for the haunted attractions?
A: The attractions are not recommended for children under the age of 12. Children under 12 should arrive with an adult.
Q: Am I allowed to wear a costume?
A: Yes. Costumes are permitted, except for oversized costumes and handheld items such as plastic (or real) weapons.
Q: If I enter near closing time, will I still be able to enter all four haunted attractions?
A: Arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time in order to be allowed entry.
Q: What is Fast Pass Admission?
A: Fast Pass Admission includes access to everything at the Haunted Web and allows you to use the Fast Pass Admission line to get into the haunted houses faster.
Q: What is Immediate Admission?
A: Immediate Admission includes access to everything at the Haunted Web and allows you to skip both the General Admission line and the Fast Pass line so that you skip right to the front. Quantities are limited and will sell out, so purchase these tickets early.
Q: Where can I get tickets?
A: Purchase tickets here, or purchase them at the box office with any major credit card or cash.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for this event.
Q: What is Glow Stick Fright Nights?
A: You and your friends get only one glow stick to survive all four haunted houses at Haunted Web. The lights have been shut off. This special event is only open on our November dates.
Will prices change?

Q: What is Horrors Junior?
A: Horrors Junior is Oct 27, 2024 from 12p – 4p! Celebrate Halloween with us with the lights turned on, candy, and meet & greet with the monsters. Tickets can be purchased on-site or online.
