A: Haunted Web Scream Park is Memphis’s premier haunted attraction, featuring multiple world-class haunted houses, terrifyingly immersive sets, and live scare-actors designed to deliver unforgettable thrills.

Open select nights each fall, it’s a full-scale Halloween event packed with heart-pounding horror, food, bars, mini escape rooms, gelly ball shooting, boutique, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned scare-seeker or a first-time visitor, Haunted Web Scream Park is where fear comes to life.

A: We’re at 2665 South Perkins Rd, Memphis TN 38118—right off Interstate 240 at the S Perkins Rd exit. Use “Haunted Web Scream Park” in Google Maps; the entrance is lit with bright lights and large themed vehicles out front.

A: Haunted Web is very scary and has been voted the #1 Haunted house in Memphis and Tennessee for the past several years. We pride ourselves in the amount of screams!

A: Yes—21 + guests can purchase alcohol in our secret bar. A valid, physical photo ID is required; photos of IDs won’t be accepted.

A: HauntedWeb does not have a minimum age requirement.  Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.

A: One of our most popular events! On select nights in November, all lights are turned off and you must survive the haunted houses with only one glow stick per group. It’s total darkness—and total chaos.

A: We recommend buying tickets online here but you can certainly purchase tickets at our onsite ticket booth using cash or credit card.

A: Fast Pass skips the regular queue and is about 3 × faster than General Admission. Immediate Entry drops you at the front—usually a 5-minute wait or less.

A: As long as you arrive at least 20 minutes before our closing time, you will be able to make it through all 4 haunted houses. But you may get turned away if you arrive within the last 20 minutes of operation.

A: Most guests spend 90 minutes to 2 hours here: four haunted houses, secret bar, photo ops, gelly ball shooting, and boutique. Fast Pass and Immediate Entry can cut wait times by up to 70-95% percent.

A: General line up to 90 minutes on peak nights; Fast-Pass ~30 minutes; Immediate Entry ~5 min.

A: Tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to any open night for a $5 per-order fee up to 24 hours before your original date.

A: Parking is free and on-site.

A: Costumes are allowed—but no masks, handheld props (fake or real weapons), or oversized costumes.

A: Only small purses or handbags are allowed past the ticket booth. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. Everyone will pass through a metal detector upon entrance.

A: No. We offer food and beverages inside the park. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

A: No – never! All scare park haunted houses are 100% indoors. Rain or shine, the scares go on.

A: Yes, we sell beer, hard cider, and a variety of snacks and treats. We also have a secret bar available to those to purchase the Bar Creep Pass.

A: Stop by Customer Service at the front gate. Items are logged nightly; we’ll email you if your belongings turn up.
